ROLE OVERVIEW


As CO/ORDINATOR Program Lead, you will lead the development and launch of CO/ORDINATOR (BETA)—a curated intern-plus program designed for emerging talent that sits between traditional internships and full-time startup roles. The program offers tactical experience across brand, content, and new media, trained and managed by CO/STUDIOS to deliver real output.

This role combines ecosystem-building, talent partnerships, program design, and digital infrastructure. You’ll help establish partnerships with schools and creative communities while building a streamlined, tech-enabled application and recruitment system.

CO/STUDIOS intends to pilot this initiative with one university as a live beta for the first 6–12 months, using it as a model for future scale.

This is a part-time, entrepreneurial Member role, compensated through a revenue share model tied to program performance and brand contributions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Program Framework Development: Build and refine the structure, roles, and operational expectations for the CO/ORDINATOR (BETA) experience.
  2. University & Talent Pipeline Partnerships: Identify and secure a single university to serve as the pilot partner, with additional outreach mapped for long-term growth.
  3. Recruitment & Tech Workflow: Design and implement a digital-first, user-friendly application and onboarding system.
  4. Program Messaging & Positioning: Define how the program is positioned and communicated to potential applicants, partners, and internal teams.
  5. Cohort Planning & Operational Readiness: Collaborate with CO/STUDIOS team leads to scope placements and ensure CO/ORDINATORS are positioned to add value.
  6. Revenue Model Participation: Contribute to the growth of the program in exchange for a structured share of revenue/margin.


FINAL DELIVERABLES


  1. CO/ORDINATOR Program Framework: A working structure defining roles, responsibilities, mentorship, and advancement.
  2. University Beta Partnership Plan: A working structure defining roles, responsibilities, mentorship, and advancement. Partner identified, confirmed, and activated as the official beta test site.
  3. Recruitment System: A tech-enabled workflow for sourcing, screening, and onboarding CO/ORDINATORS.
  4. Pilot Launch Plan: Timeline and rollout strategy for the first beta cohort, including engagement metrics.


PROJECT COMPENSATION

  1. Model: Revenue share based on program performance and contributions
  2. Payment Terms: To be defined in Member agreement
  3. Engagement Type: Part-time / project-based
